Night Auditor

Luxury Boutique Hotel | New River Gorge National Park

Location: Fayetteville, WV. Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time. Schedule: Overnights, weekends & holidays required. Reports To: General Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and service-driven Night Audit Associate to join our team of a new 40-room luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of the New River Gorge National Park. This role is the face of the hotel and plays a critical part in creating a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, personable, and energized by working with a diverse guest population drawn to adventure, nature, and refined hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Run all night audit reports, help with hotel checks & balances
Greet guests warmly and manage check-in check-out procedures
Handle reservations, room assignments, billing, and payments accurately
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquires and requests
Resolve guest concerns with discretion, creativity, and care
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness
Maintain accurate records, shift reports, and cash handling procedures
Uphold hotel service standards, policies, and brand presentation

Qualifications & Experience

Prior night audit, front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and reservation systems (PMS experience a plus)
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and professionalism
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
