Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday 8AM - 1:00 PM
1-hour lunch every day
Friday–Sunday: OFF
No nights

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, personable, and proud of the work they do.

The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Is a Registered Dental Assistant I or II in North Carolina
Takes ownership of their responsibilities
Has excellent attention to detail
Understands the importance of creating a great patient experience
Is comfortable working in a high-end, comprehensive dental environment
Works well independently while also being a strong team player
Communicates professionally with patients and coworkers
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Is interested in continuing to learn and improve
Understands that exceptional dentistry requires exceptional teamwork

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during restorative, prosthodontic, surgical, and comprehensive dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Take diagnostic dental radiographs
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after appointments
Help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with treatment presentation and patient education when appropriate
Maintain an organized and well-stocked clinical environment
Follow OSHA, infection control, and office protocols
Utilize Eaglesoft for patient management and documentation
Work closely with the doctor and the rest of the team to ensure an efficient and exceptional patient experience

QualificationsRequired

North Carolina Registered Dental Assistant I or II
Current X-Ray Certification
Previous dental assisting experience
Strong understanding of dental anatomy and clinical procedures
Knowledge of infection control and aseptic technique
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience in a comprehensive or fee-for-service dental practice
Experience with restorative and prosthodontic dentistry
Experience with Eaglesoft
Experience working with patients receiving complex or comprehensive treatment
Strong knowledge of dental materials and procedures
