Full Job Description

I am seeking an amazing front desk concierge to join our vibrant general dental practice in Chicago. Our practice focuses on general and family dentistry. We see patients Monday through Friday with later hours on Thursday (until 7pm)

Full time position with benefits. Salary commensurate with ability and experience.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

· Greeting patients

· Answering phone calls

· Scheduling patients

· Collecting money

· Processing dental insurance forms

· Reviewing treatment plans with patients, including procedures like veneers and Invisalign

· Being involved with marketing for the practice

· Dealing with sales representatives and

· WOW-ing our patients any way it takes!

Basic Requirements:

· Basic computer knowledge in Windows

· Excellent typing skills

· Ability to manage multiple phone lines

· MOST important is a positive attitude

· Love bending over backwards to treat our patients like they have never been treated before!

You MUST play well with others as we have a medium-sized team and depend on each other to make our days go smoothly! We have so much fun at our practice that it usually doesn't feel like WORK!

Previous experience in the dental field is desirable but not necessary. We will train you on our specific practice software, clinical skills, and the necessary verbal skills to work in this type of practice. If you do not have any dental background, we will train you in dental jargon and all the dental procedures we perform.
