Dienamic Tooling Systems, Inc. (DTS), located in Lenoir City, TN, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join its 2nd shift team.

If you have 5+ years of CNC machining experience, thrive in a high-mix, low-volume job shop environment, and have experience with 3-axis CNC mills, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts according to specifications, programs, and required tolerances

Download CNC programs and utilize MDI (Manual Data Input) as needed

Run assigned jobs independently and produce details accurately and efficiently

Set up machines and verify setups before beginning production

Change cutters and inserts and make machine adjustments as needed to achieve the best possible results

Monitor machining processes and adjust maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy

Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauge pins, to inspect parts

Maintain appropriate tools and ensure calibration requirements are kept current

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Follow all established safety rules and report unsafe working conditions to management

Maintain regular attendance during scheduled work hours

Work with the CNC Supervisor and other team members to meet production and quality requirements

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
