Full Job Description

Real Estate Property Management/Homebuilder Company is seeking a strong Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to start ASAP

Location: Manteca, CA 95336
Pay: $20/hr.
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Position: Temp To Hire

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member
Maintain sign-in logs and manage security badges
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Share information on community events, amenities, and services
Track resident requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Schedule appointments and support administrative tasks (email, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying)
Keep the clubhouse clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with planning and coordinating community activities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously at all times
Work effectively with a high-maintenance board
Stay calm under pressure and organized in a fast-paced environment
Complete additional administrative duties assigned

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and dependable
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative and customer service experience
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
