Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Community Outreach Liaison to join our team. This role is highly field-based and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on street marketing and both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) outreach. The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement, experienced in sales, and comfortable building relationships across diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Partnerships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local food pantries, senior centers, faith-based organizations, and other community resources
Actively participate in community events and initiatives to increase visibility and strengthen partnerships

Street Marketing & Direct Outreach:

Execute high-volume street marketing efforts, including distributing flyers, hosting informational booths, and engaging directly with community members
Serve as a visible representative of the organization within the community through consistent in-person outreach

B2B & B2C Marketing:

Conduct extensive B2B outreach by visiting physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers to establish referral partnerships
Perform B2C outreach by connecting directly with potential clients and families to promote services
Prior experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is highly preferred

Community Engagement & Promotion:

Promote community care services using effective communication strategies tailored to diverse populations
Leverage bilingual skills to expand outreach and engagement

Relationship Development:

Conduct daily in-person visits to referral sources to educate them on available services
Develop and nurture new referral channels through ongoing outreach efforts

Closing & Conversions:

Convert leads into active referrals through effective sales techniques
Facilitate the referral process by submitting applications to the intake team

Requirements:

Required: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, sales, or a related field
Strong background in field-based or on-the-road sales
Fluent in English and Spanish
Medicare agents/brokers are encouraged to apply
Homecare or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred

Work Setting:

50% Field-Based (on the road)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure

This is a highly performance-driven role with a strong focus on outreach volume, relationship building, and referral generation. Candidates with prior experience in street marketing, B2B, and B2C sales environments will be highly considered.
