Full Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART OR FULL TIME FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS.

Evenings (3:30-11:30pm)
Overnights (11pm-7am)
Including weekends and holidays
NO DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE MON-FRI

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Operate the hotel's phone system, answering calls and transferring to appropriate departments
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for check-ins, reservations, and reports

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. The ability to multitask, work independently, and handle challenging situations is essential. As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience at our hotel.
