Full Job Description

A leading global provider of fund administration and financial services is seeking a Hedge Fund /Private Equity Accounting Manager to join its growing team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of complex financial statements and regulatory filings for alternative investment funds while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an accounting leader with experience in hedge funds, private equity, fund administration, or public accounting who is looking to advance their career with a well-established, global organization serving the alternative investment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings, including Form PF, Form SLT, and other required reports.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
Review complex accounting and regulatory reporting deliverables for quality and accuracy.
Partner with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting matters.
Provide technical guidance and training on evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support fund accounting operations during peak reporting periods.
Prepare and review ad hoc financial analyses and client reporting requests.
Drive process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency, controls, and client service

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience within public accounting, hedge funds, private equity, fund administration, or financial services.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading accounting or audit professionals.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and financial statement preparation.
Experience preparing or reviewing regulatory filings, including Form PF, Form SLT, or similar reports.
Understanding of alternative investments, hedge funds, private equity funds, and complex financial instruments.
CPA, CFA, or other professional designation preferred. #SEARCH

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
