Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining accurate financial records. Quickbooks expertise a definite plus. Excellent Excel knowledge required. The ideal candidate will be energetic, extremely organized, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will manage office operations, and be responsible for accounts payable, payroll and banking tasks. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will help foster a productive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office management
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks; process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Perform data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining filing systems
Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and organizing files to ensure operational efficiency
HR duties and weekly payroll processing

Experience

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to navigate productivity software efficiently
Prior experience in clerical roles involving data entry, filing, and administrative support
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and team members
Personal assistant or administrative experience that includes calendar management and time coordination is highly desirable
