About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy IT Support & AI Automation Specialist to provide hands-on IT support while leveraging cutting-edge software to streamline internal operations. We equip our team with an internal suite of about 100 dedicated AI tools to automate tedious processes, orchestrate smart workflows, and help build/deploy AI agents that make the organization faster and more efficient.

You don't need a heavy computer science background or deep software development experience—just a strong passion for exploring AI tools, building automated workflows, and keeping our day-to-day IT infrastructure running smoothly.

Any background in basic programming or software development is a major plus to help customize solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Process Automation: Utilize our library of 100+ AI tools to identify repetitive, tedious tasks across departments and build automated workflows to eliminate them.
AI Agent & Tool Deployment: Assist in configuring, experimenting with, and building practical AI agents and automation solutions to support internal team projects.
Help Desk & Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, providing day-to-day hardware, software, and peripheral support with a helpful, user-friendly attitude.
Infrastructure Support: Help set up, monitor, and maintain local network equipment, computer workstations, user access controls, and basic security settings.
Documentation & Training: Maintain clear guides for IT configurations and document new AI agent workflows so staff can easily adopt automated tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Experience: Associate degree, technical certification, or practical hands-on experience in IT, Systems Administration, or a related tech field.
Applied AI & Automation Curiosity: Strong interest in practical AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, custom AI agents, automation connectors like Zapier/Make, prompt engineering) to optimize workflows.
IT Foundations: Solid understanding of operating systems, basic networking, computer hardware, and general troubleshooting.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written skills to guide team members through technical issues and help them adopt new AI tools.

Preferred (Pluses)

Basic programming, coding, or software development experience (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) to customize scripts or connect APIs.
Interest in building lightweight custom applications or integrations.
