Full Job Description

Big Jeff Audio is one of the fastest-growing names in car audio and aftermarket electronics. We sell through multiple online sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces while continuing to expand into new sales platforms.

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Data & Marketplace Specialist to help manage our growing product catalog and online marketplace operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, product information, and process improvement. While our team handles many creative projects, this role is primarily focused on product data management, marketplace maintenance, operational accuracy, and solving complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Manage product catalogs, specifications, attributes, pricing, images, and category assignments.
Perform bulk product imports, exports, and updates using Excel spreadsheets and marketplace tools.
Validate listing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with marketplace requirements.
Assist with launching and maintaining product catalogs on Walmart, Target Marketplace, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and future sales channels.
Monitor listing health and identify issues affecting product visibility, compliance, inventory synchronization, or sales performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
Compile and merge information from multiple sources into clean, organized datasets.
Investigate operational issues and determine root causes when processes, integrations, or listings stop functioning properly.
Create and improve workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Work closely with management to support marketplace growth initiatives

Requirements:

Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work with large spreadsheets for extended periods while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable learning new software platforms and marketplace systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using formulas such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, CONCATENATE, and other data functions.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms.
Experience with CSV imports, product feeds, and catalog management.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or spreadsheet automation.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Experience with data validation and process documentation.
Understanding of marketplace compliance requirements and listing standards.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR OCALA

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
