Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional guest experiences will shine! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes their orders with precision, and delivers memorable dining moments. Your culinary knowledge and customer service skills will help create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether working in a lively restaurant, upscale dining setting, or bustling nightclub, your enthusiasm and professionalism will make a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining settings preferred
Proficiency with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with food industry tools like Food preparation equipment and serving techniques
Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
