```Job Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and a strong background in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training

- Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or complaints

- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards

- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and procedures

- Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supplies

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Handle financial responsibilities such as cash handling, budgeting, and reporting

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field

- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Culinary background or experience is preferred but not required
