Full Job Description

Immediate openings for both experienced and inexperienced Mig Welders to join our Epic Team for first shift operation (Monday – Thursday: 5:00am-3:30pm with Friday overtime, as needed).

Starting pay range: DOE $18.00-$22.00 per hour with an evaluation after 90 days.

Required Job Functions:

- Ensure a clean and safe working environment

- Mig weld steel- Spray transfer

- Weld both horizontal and vertical joints

- Understand blueprints

- Ability to read a tape measure

- Safely operate a forklift

- Must be able to lift 50lbs

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work in an assembly line environment

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various fabrication tools and equipment.

- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in welding or fabrication preferred.
