Job Title: Procurement & Technology Coordinator

Location: Ocala, Florida (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Ethos Health Group is a leading neurology practice specializing in traumatic brain injury care, advanced diagnostic testing, therapy, and long-term patient support. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Technology Coordinator to oversee our vendor relationships, technology systems, and compliance operations across the organization.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of technology management, vendor negotiation, and healthcare compliance. The Procurement & Technology Coordinator will ensure our staff has reliable support, our systems remain secure and HIPAA-compliant, and our vendors and technology solutions align with Ethos’ mission and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee password management and internal security protocols. Issuing/removing accesses.
Managing the IT in the Google Workspace for compliance management.
Manage all vendor relationships, contracts, purchasing, and negotiations.
Supervise technology systems, including phone systems, fax services, Google Workspace, and IT support tools.
Ensure ongoing HIPAA compliance across all digital platforms and workflows- HIPAA Compliance Officer. Manages BAA.
Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and clinical teams, outsourcing when applicable
Asset management and inventory management.
Maintain and support EMR system management, access, updates, and troubleshooting
Identify and implement new technologies that improve patient care efficiency
Serve as the point person for operational technology and procurement needs
Setting up IT infrastructure for new locations, working with vendors.
Other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare technology, procurement, vendor management, or IT operations
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Multi-task, Works Independently Well Under Pressure, Resourceful, Proactive
Ability to support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment
Familiarity with EMR systems and medical office technology preferred
Detail-oriented, dependable, and mission-driven
