Full Job Description

Resident Caregiver / Med Tech at Grand Villa of Ocala - Hiring All Shifts

Grand Villa of Ocala is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking dedicated Resident Caregivers with a preference for Med Tech certification to join our team for the evening shift. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Administer medications and treatments as directed, following all safety and compliance protocols (Med Tech certification preferred)
Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
Med Tech certification highly preferred; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work the evening shift (7 - 3 Shift)

Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
