Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team at [Restaurant Name]. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, taking the time to learn their preferences and needs.
- Take orders and ensure that guests receive their meals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Manage cash handling duties, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
- Utilize OpenTable and other relevant tools to optimize table assignments and ensure efficient service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Upsell menu items and recommend specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and food is delivered promptly.
- Provide assistance to guests with food allergies or special requests.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and the ability to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with OpenTable and other relevant technologies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
