Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Medical Spa in Ocala, Florida. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about medical aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The RN will support and perform aesthetic treatments within their authorized scope of practice and in accordance with established clinical protocols, provider orders, and applicable Florida requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform approved aesthetic treatments and procedures in accordance with established treatment protocols and scope of practice
Perform body contouring treatments, including T-Shape 2 procedures
Conduct patient assessments and review relevant medical history prior to treatment
Monitor patients throughout treatments and recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or complications
Provide patient education regarding procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
Follow established infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols
Maintain working knowledge of the proper use, application, and storage of products and treatment equipment
Identify and appropriately escalate treatment complications, adverse events, or emergencies
Collaborate with medical providers and the clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Maintain a clean, professional, and treatment-ready clinical environment

Qualifications

Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a related field preferred
Experience with aesthetic treatments and body contouring procedures preferred
Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and clinical documentation standards
Strong patient education and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a clinical team
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional patient care
