Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast paced environment, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food safety.
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety meet our top-tier standards.
Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance restaurant profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Coach and mentor staff, providing training and growth opportunities.
Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation.
Resolve staff conflicts and guest complaints with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Previously held a role as a Front of House Manager, General Manager and/or Kitchen manager between 2-3 years.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring and developing a team.
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety codes, and licensing requirements.
Experience in managing inventory, budgeting, and achieving business targets.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
Proactive and capable of working independently, while also effectively delegating tasks and following up on projects as needed.
