At Harbour Dental Care, we believe exceptional dentistry starts with exceptional leadership. We are seeking a Rockstar Dental Office Manager who leads with integrity, accountability, and heart. This role is ideal for a motivated dental professional who is passionate about patient experience, team development, and operational excellence.

A confident dental leader with at least 1 year of dental office management experience

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming practice
Lead, mentor, and support front office and clinical teams
Create an outstanding patient experience from first contact to follow-up
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and production optimization
Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
Track KPIs and office performance while driving sustainable growth
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulations
Foster a positive, professional, and team-centered work environment

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Office Manager (required)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and practice operations
Experience with dental practice management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High standards, accountability, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
