Common Ground Hospitality is actively seeking an inspiring and dedicated Manager to lead our team. In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting memorable guest experiences and nurturing our team's growth and development. Ideal for those who excel in mentorship and operational leadership, this position is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our restaurant's success and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize creating a memorable and enjoyable guest experience with every interaction.
Focus on supporting, developing, and mentoring the team to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
Lead by example, teaching and guiding staff in best practices and service standards.
Manage daily operations with an eye for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Oversee staff scheduling, inventory management, and administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Address customer feedback with professionalism, using it as a tool for improvement.
Collaborate with culinary and management teams to enhance menu offerings and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant (including alcohol service).
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a knack for mentoring and training for internal candidates.
Ability to lead by example and delegate effectively.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite equivalents.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Internal Employee Consideration

Internal candidates who demonstrate leadership qualities, an ability to mentor and train staff, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences are encouraged to apply. 1 year in a Server, Bartender, or Kitchen Lead role with common Ground Hospitality is required. Supervisory experience is not required but is advantageous. Discuss your interest and potential with your current supervisor or General Manager.
