Full Job Description

We're looking for a talented Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch service to our clients.

As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in facilitating real estate transactions from start to finish, working closely with sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, banks, and attorneys. You'll need to be an excellent communicator and highly organized, as you'll be responsible for managing multiple files and documents in a time-sensitive manner. Your outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, will help ensure that all parties are kept informed throughout the process and that the closing process goes smoothly.

Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills: You'll need to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, banks, and attorneys.
Excellent organizational skills: You'll be responsible for managing multiple files and documents in a time-sensitive manner, so you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with Google Suite: You'll be working with spreadsheets and other documents, so proficiency with Google Suite is a must.
Customer service experience: You'll need to be comfortable interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Real estate industry experience is required.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary starts at $55,000, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for growth and advancement. We offer PTO and sick time.
