Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in machining and a strong familiarity with CNC operations. This role involves working with precision machinery to create high-quality parts and components. Adherence to our culture of excellence and collaboration is a key part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC machines and other precision equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Uphold and contribute to our culture of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of experience as a machinist.
Proficiency in CNC machine operation and programming.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with various types of machining equipment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a machining environment.
