Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with energy and enthusiasm. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental office management, dental clinic experience, and team supervision, all while maintaining a positive and proactive approach. Join us to drive excellence in dental care delivery and foster a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and records management using Dentrix.
Lead and motivate the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and high levels of customer service.
Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, billing, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize practice performance.
Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution within the practice.

Qualifications

Prior experience in dental office management (2 years) or healthcare practice management with a strong understanding of dental clinic operations.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Dentrix; familiarity with patient management software is essential.
Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health policy standards.
Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes.
Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
