Job Description Summary:

The General Affairs Associate would be responsible for managing key administrative and employee support functions within our company. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations of our KISS Stay & KISS Vision Center bookings, serving as a liaison for employees, and supporting the planning and execution of company-wide programs and events.

Job Description:

Essential Functions

Oversee KISS Stay & KISS Vision Center reservations and bookings – 50%

o Maintain an up-to-date booking calendar and ensure availability is accurately communicated to staff.

o Respond to inquiries about reservations in a timely and professional manner.

o Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., facilities, security, cleaning staff) to prepare spaces before and after use.

Employee Liaison & Coordination – 25%

o Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking information about general services, events, or facilities

o Facilitate communication between departments and employees for general inquiries, internal programs, or feedback.

Create manuals & guidelines for companywide programs or events – 10%

o Draft clear and concise internal manuals or guidelines

o Update documents regularly based on feedback, policy changes, or improvements

Assistance & support for company events – 10%

o Support planning and execution of various companywide events such as seasonal parties or corporate gatherings

o Provide on-site support during events

Design and create companywide promotional posters for in-house café and company events – 5%

o Create visually appealing and informative posters or flyers for internal promotion of events, menu specials, or announcements.

o Use basic graphic design software (i.e., Canva) to produce designs and materials.

Required for All Jobs

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field – Required
0-2 years administrative field experience – Required;
Administrative support background preferred
Experience with platforms like SmartSheet or Monday.com preferred
Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and execution skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
