Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and data entry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
Process orders and manage order entry efficiently using ERP systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in databases.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in typing and transcription of information.
Assist with filing and data collection to support administrative functions.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including creating pivot tables as needed.
Provide clerical support including basic math calculations and organization of documents.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MacOS
Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription.
Basic math skills for processing orders and handling transactions effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
