Vice President, Human Resources – Rogers Behavioral Health

As we continue to grow nationwide and internationally, we’re looking for a senior HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear many hats, and is ready to help support the people, culture, and organizational strength behind our growth.

We are seeking a Human Resources Professional with broad, enterprise-level HR experience and the ability to partner closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer in a mission-driven healthcare organization. This is a high-visibility role for someone who brings judgment, credibility, flexibility, and the ability to move quickly across a wide range of HR priorities.

The right candidate will bring experience in:

Organizational effectiveness, change management, and restructuring support.
Workforce planning and cross-functional partnership with Finance, Operations, Legal, and clinical leadership.
HR data, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
Performance management, leadership development, and employee experience.
Manager and leader support across a multi-state healthcare organization.
Labor relations and union -related workforce considerations, including experience in healthcare environments with unionized or partially unionized teams.
Supporting organizational growth with a steady, strategic HR approach that aligns people, structure, and culture.
Navigating ambiguity with agility and balancing strategy with day-to-day operational needs.

You are a seasoned HR leader with broad experience across generalist HR, employee relations, organizational design, and strategic HR leadership. You bring:

Senior-level HR leadership experience in complex, fast-moving organizations.
Strong judgment, credibility, and the ability to influence across levels.
A track record of supporting growth, change, and organizational alignment.
Deep understanding of HR operations, policy, compliance, and employee relations.
Experience navigating union environments in healthcare.
The ability to shift priorities quickly and lead with both strategic vision and practical execution.
