Full Job Description

Entry-level pay is $21/hr. Additional Pay is Dependent on Experience and ability to set-up machines. Generous Sign-on Bonus, too!

SUMMARY
Operate CNC Mills and Lathes to produce precision machined metal parts

2nd shift hours (4-day Work Week): 3:50pm - 3:05am (Monday to Wednesday) 3:50pm to 10:05pm Thursday)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Read and/or complete machine set-up sheet.
Set-up machine to be used for production.
Assist with quality control plan details.
Follow 1st piece inspection procedure.
Acquire parts and/or material to be machined.
Read blueprint, job order and tooling instructions for production requirements.
Machine parts to required specifications.
Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
Move parts to designated areas.
Replace worn tooling as needed.
Remove and return tooling when job is complete.
Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.
Work within OSHA and ISO standards
Follow established safety procedures.
Perform daily preventative maintenance duties.
Perform daily housekeeping duties.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; and 1 year of related experience.
