We are looking for a skilled, motivated Line Cook who is ready to bring their passion to our kitchen—and who wants to build a long-term career with us. If you have goals to step into a leadership role as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager, we have the clear pathway and mentorship to get you there.

What the Opportunity Looks Like:

You’ll start on the line, mastering our stations, getting a feel for our rhythm, and executing our high-quality dishes. As you prove your reliability, skill, and leadership potential, you will be fast-tracked for advancement. We will actively train and mentor you in leadership responsibilities, including:

Menu engineering and specials creation.
Inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls.
Kitchen organization, safety, and sanitation leadership.
Training and mentoring future kitchen staff.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Prepare and cook high-quality menu items to recipe specifications on a fast-paced line.
Manage prep work and ensure stations are fully stocked and organized for service.
Maintain a spotlessly clean, safe, and sanitary workstation according to health standards.
Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and happy guests.
Bring a positive, collaborative energy to the kitchen every single day.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar back-of-house role (scratch-kitchen experience is a major plus!).
Skill Set: Solid knife skills, knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
Mindset: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn leadership and business skills.
Communication: A team-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
