POSITION OVERVIEW

Permian Injury Institute is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead the revenue cycle operations for a fast-growing personal injury healthcare organization. This role oversees all aspects of medical billing, accounts receivable, collections, insurance claims, medical records coordination, and regulatory compliance across multiple clinical entities.

The Billing Manager will supervise a team of billing specialists while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and accountability. Success in this position requires someone who can analyze complex billing challenges, prioritize high-value collections, improve workflows, and ensure every claim and patient account is managed accurately and efficiently.

This position is ideal for a proven healthcare billing leader who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment, enjoys solving complex reimbursement issues, and takes pride in building efficient systems that improve cash flow and patient service. The successful candidate will become a key member of the leadership team, working directly with the CEO to strengthen the organization's revenue cycle and support continued growth throughout the Permian Basin.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with deep knowledge of personal injury billing, insurance reimbursement, medical records management, and healthcare compliance. They lead by example, embrace accountability, and understand that operational discipline, accuracy, and timely execution are essential to both patient care and the financial success of the organization.

Pay: $24.68 - $29.73 per hour
