Accurately and timely input data into the TEA management system (TEAMS); provide information/reports to director on a timely basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Accurately input information into TEAMS, including student attendance hours

Monitor and clear TEAMS data exceptions

Working with Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE), CASAS, and progress concerning Adult Education and Literacy students

Maintain files and records
-
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
-
High School diploma or GED
-
Office experience
-
Working knowledge of Word and Excel software programs

Experience maintaining files and records

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Typical office
- Business Hours
- M-Th 8:00 am- 5:00 pm F 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

summer M-Th 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 pm
- Periodic evening and weekend hours during peak periods (e.g., open enrollment, payroll)
- Occasional travel (less than 10%)

Salary Range - $12.00/hour
