Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. This role is the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing vital support to our sales team, field technicians, engineers, and management. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving , and take pride in keeping an office running seamlessly - we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact: answer calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries.
Organize meetings, coordinate catering, and support company events.
Assist with reporting, filing, mail distribution, and special projects for management.
Maintain office supplies, shipments, and liaise with vendors (including weekly coordination with cleaning services).
Support the Marketing Manager and provide general assistance to mangers and executives.
Keep office areas organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
Contribute to a safe and compliant workplace buy supporting Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management System (QMS) practices.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma required.
Diploma or certification in administration or 2+ years of office experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous approach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
