Great Expectations Cleaning Solutions provides Commercial Cleaning Services, Post-Construction cleaning, Janitorial Services, Floor Care, and much more to our clients. Position Summary:

Great Expectations Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable, hands-on Cleaning Quality & Operations Coordinator to help oversee one of our largest apartment-community accounts.

This is not a desk-only position. The primary focus of this role will be visiting the property, inspecting completed cleaning work, helping train employees, and making sure units and common areas meet company and client expectations before they are reported as complete.

The position will begin part-time, with most working hours initially spent at our largest apartment account. During available administrative time, the employee will also assist with emailing potential clients and following up with previous clients regarding commercial cleaning opportunities.

Compensation and Growth Opportunity:

This position starts at $18 per hour for approximately 10–15 hours per week.

The selected employee will also have the opportunity to earn commission for helping Great Expectations Cleaning Solutions secure new recurring commercial cleaning accounts. Commission details will be discussed during the interview and are based on collected revenue from qualifying accounts brought in through the employee’s outreach and follow-up efforts.

As the company adds accounts and the employee demonstrates dependable performance, additional hours, responsibilities, and compensation may become available.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, notices details others miss, and is willing to step into a property, work directly with the cleaning team, and solve problems.

We need someone who understands that maintaining quality at existing accounts is the first priority, while also helping the company create opportunities for future growth.

Responsibilities:

Visit the assigned apartment community on a consistent schedule
Inspect completed apartment-unit turns and common-area cleaning
Identify missed items and make sure corrections are completed
Train and coach cleaning employees on company standards
Help establish consistent cleaning procedures and checklists
Communicate employee, property, and quality concerns directly to the owner
Take and organize photographs of completed work when required
Follow up with previous cleaning clients by email
Send introductory emails to potential commercial clients
Maintain an organized list of leads and follow-up dates
Help coordinate property walkthroughs for potential new accounts
Protect client relationships by addressing concerns before they become larger problems

Qualifications:

Commercial cleaning, apartment-unit turn, housekeeping, property management, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable giving employees clear direction and constructive feedback
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance and communication
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Comfortable using email, text messaging and basic digital checklists
Willing to physically visit properties and inspect completed work
Professional and respectful when communicating with clients and employees
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass Background Check & Drug Testing
