Full Job Description

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Fundraising University helps schools strengthen their athletic programs while giving sales professionals a clear path to long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with coaches, athletic directors, and school leaders throughout your assigned territory. This is an in-person, relationship-focused sales position where success comes from professionalism, consistency, and earning trust.

Responsibilities include:

Visit approximately five schools each day.
Present fundraising solutions tailored to each school's needs.
Develop lasting partnerships through referrals and ongoing support.
Participate in weekly coaching, planning meetings, and professional development.

Compensation and Career Growth

This position offers expected first-year earnings of $75,000-$150,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.
