Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations & Compliance Administrator to oversee operational consistency, policy adherence, and performance across multiple retail locations. This role serves as a critical link between the corporate office and store managers, ensuring clear communication, alignment on expectations, and consistent execution of company standards across all locations.

In this position, you will support store managers in day-to-day operations while also reinforcing company policies, driving accountability, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role is essential in bridging strategy and execution—translating corporate initiatives into actionable processes at the store level.

This position is based out of Centerville, UT, with regular travel throughout Northern Utah and quarterly out-of-state travel.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of store operations, policies, and weekly tasks
Support managers with hiring, training, staffing, and performance management
Monitor and address key metrics including labor, sales performance, and compliance
Enforce company policies (returns, discounts, timekeeping, and procedures)
Oversee employee and manager discipline, including write-ups and terminations
Conduct audits of POS, inventory, and operational processes
Perform regular store visits to assess cleanliness, safety, and standards
Coach and develop managers through ongoing check-ins and performance reviews
Act as a liaison between corporate and stores to ensure alignment and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years experience
Retail management or multi-unit operations experience preferred
Strong understanding of retail compliance, labor management, and store operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to hold teams accountable while providing support and guidance
Comfortable with regular travel and in-store evaluations
Reliable transportation required
HR experience a plus

Work Environment & Travel

Based in Centerville, UT
Regular travel throughout Northern Utah
Quarterly out-of-state travel, with additional out-of-state travel on an as needed basis
