Job Summary/Basic Function

The Assistant Registrar for Transfer Coordination will be responsible for coordinating transfer articulation across campus and with our University partners. Specifically, this role will be involved in the execution of the transfer process for the University, which includes the supervision of transcription, articulation, and facilitating articulation agreements for the institution. Some of the duties of this position include:

Support transfer articulation operations and oversee transfer articulation email account.
Manage systems maintenance, testing, and enhancements for assigned areas.
Supervise enrollment specialist and/or hourly staff as assigned.
Serve on committees as assigned at the division, institutional, and state level.
Complete special projects and IT projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor degree or equivalent
One year full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registrar’s services, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, administrative experience, or equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership and project management experience
Proficiency with Banner or other student information systems
Attention to detail
