Full-Time Position | $18-$30/hour DOE | Farmington, UT (occasional Park City travel)

We're Not Looking for Just Anyone – We Need THE One

Natay (Nah-Tay) Construction is a rapidly growing, premium construction company specializing in high-end residential remodels and commercial projects across Park City, Wasatch Back. We're Native American-owned, values-driven, and committed to redefining excellence in construction.

We need an Executive Assistant with marketing experience who thrives under pressure, communicates with crystal clarity, and can handle the demands of a growing construction business. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role at a smaller company where accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are critical. If you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and always looking for ways to improve, you'll fit right in. Someone who can run executive-level admin at a high standard and help strengthen our brand presence. This role is built for a high performer who wants to grow into a Head of Marketing position as the company scales.

There are always improvements to be made and work to be done. No slow days here at Natay.

What You'll Actually Be Doing (No Fluff):

Executive Assistant Core (Primary)

Email Management & Communication

Draft, manage, and respond to emails with professionalism and precision
Filter communications so only critical issues reach the CEO and Vice President
Maintain clear, concise communication – no talking in circles allowed

Calendar Mastery

Full ownership of CEO and Vice President's calendar management and scheduling
Proactive planning and conflict resolution
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client appointments

Systems & Process Development

Create, implement, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Train team members on new processes and systems
Document everything – we mean EVERYTHING

Executive Buffer & Team Coordination

Serve as the first point of contact for all team members
Answer questions independently before escalating to CEO and Vice President
Manage information flow and prioritize urgent vs. non-urgent matters

Marketing Support (Secondary, With Growth Path)

You'll support marketing execution now and grow into ownership overtime.

Help keep marketing organized and moving (simple sytems, clear deadlines)
Assist with content coordination (photos, project updates, testimonials)
Support basic social media and brand consistency (voice, visuals, posting rhythm)
Track what's working and what isn't (leads, engagement, referral sources)

What We Absolutely Need From You:

REQUIRED Experience

Minimum 2 years of Executive Assistant experience (no exceptions)
Advanced proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, and Word
Proven track record of managing complex schedules and priorities
Marketing experience: You've supported content, social, campaigns, or brand execution in a real way

CRITICAL Skills:

Clear Communication: Can articulate progress, obstacles, and needs without confusion or overexplaining
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identifies issues before they become problems
Stress Management: Remains calm and professional under pressure
Accountability: Takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion
Detail-Oriented: Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
