Full Job Description

SERVPRO® of Ogden is a full-service Disaster Restoration company seeking a full-time, reliable, Administrative Assistant to help manage our office processes.

Responsibilities include organizing, scheduling, customer relations, answering phone calls, assisting with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, prepare and manage job files, coordinate crew and job scheduling, human resource, internal and external communications, and help out as needed to ensure the company's operations run effectively.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks with a working knowledge of business computer applications. The candidate must possess polite and confident customer service skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-past, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
