Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Assist with discharge planning to promote successful transitions and long-term outcomes

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in Utah)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for helping patients maximize independence and quality of life
