Join Our Team as a Server FOH at Weller's Bistro!

Are you passionate about great food and exceptional service? At Weller's Bistro, we bring the heart of Germany to Ogden and Layton UT, with our authentic dishes and welcoming atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest, and we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Server FOH to help us continue this tradition. If you have a knack for hospitality and a love for connecting with people, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a Server FOH at Weller's Bistro, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels at home. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Taking accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
Delivering orders promptly and ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal.
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for customer service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a front-of-house server role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
