Duties

Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing processes to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance to guests and callers
Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to uphold high standards of customer service, phone etiquette, and guest relations
Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and effective communication
Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and policies to assist guests with recommendations and information
Support the development of hospitality initiatives that improve guest experiences and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services required.
Demonstrated expertise in hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions and resolving concerns diplomatically
Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of resort or hotel environments, along with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences

Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
Assist with training staff on hospitality best practices, including guest relations and hotel policies.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions and amenities to enhance guest experience through personalized recommendations.
