Full Job Description

Are you a strong closer who thrives on building relationships and solving real customer problems? AMS Parts is looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to move fast, serve customers, and help drive our continued growth.

AMS Parts is in the heavy equipment industry. We specialize in aftermarket, used, and rebuilt parts helping customers keep their machines running with minimal downtime.

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative. This role is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on converting inbound leads into long-term customers. You'll follow up on quotes, solve problems, and build trust with contractors, repair shops, and equipment dealers. Product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer service are key to success in this role.

Where You'll Work

This role is open to candidates across Ohio. If you live within commuting distance of our Middletown office, you'll work on-site with the team. If you're elsewhere in Ohio, you'll work remotely from a home office during business hours.

What You'll Do

Close inbound leads — respond fast and turn quote requests into sales.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Maintain consistent follow-up on quotes and prospects to maximize closing rates.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and revenue quotas.
Effectively handle pricing objections and win the deal.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads to customers.
Strong phone and email communication.
CRM experience a plus (NetSuite even better).
