We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. If you genuinely enjoy helping people and understand the importance of creating an outstanding patient experience, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service from their first phone call through completion of treatment.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and optimizing the daily appointment schedule
Scheduling new and existing patients
Coordinating treatment plans and appointments
Insurance verification and benefit coordination
Collecting and processing patient payments
Maintaining recall and continuing care systems
Providing outstanding patient communication by phone, text, email, and in person
Supporting front office operations and reception duties
Working collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Learning and implementing office systems, policies, and procedures
Assisting with shared office maintenance and team responsibilities
Contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture

Qualifications Required

Prior dental office experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred

Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
Dental insurance knowledge
Experience coordinating treatment and scheduling

Previous Eaglesoft experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

The position details:

Typical office hours include:

Monday: As needed
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday (generally two per month): 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Additional notes:

Approximately 33-40 hours per week
Start time is at least 15 minutes before the first scheduled patient; end times may vary based on patient care needs and completion of daily responsibilities
Approximately one-hour lunch break on full days
