About Safe Electric & Plumbing

Safe Electric & Plumbing is one of Central Ohio’s fastest growing residential home service companies. We are passionate about providing over the top customer service while building a company where great people can grow meaningful careers.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is creative, data driven, organized, and excited to help build a recognizable brand throughout Central Ohio. This is not just a social media position you’ll own our marketing efforts from strategy to execution and play a key role in driving company growth.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all marketing initiatives for Safe Electric & Plumbing. This person will oversee digital marketing, branding, community engagement, advertising, lead generation, and reputation management while working closely with company leadership to support our aggressive growth goals.

The ideal candidate enjoys both creative work and analytics, understands how to generate quality leads, and takes ownership of marketing performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans.
Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Manage and optimize GBP
Oversee our website, SEO strategy, and online presence.
Manage and grow our social media platforms.
Coordinate photo and video content creation.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Monitor marketing KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, ROI, and conversion rates.
Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Protect and strengthen the Safe Electric & Plumbing brand.
Oversee online reputation management, including Google Reviews and customer engagement.
Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
Create promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Work closely with leadership to support sales goals and company growth.
Assist with recruiting marketing initiatives and employer branding.
Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience (home services experience is preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to analyze marketing data and make informed decisions.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
