Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Child Care Administrator to lead and manage our early childhood education programs. As a Child Care Administrator, you will oversee curriculum development, staff supervision, community engagement, and program compliance, all while inspiring a team committed to making a positive impact on young learners’ lives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative, age-appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth for children.
Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve quality standards, and enhance community outreach efforts.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality educational experiences.
Supervise and support teaching staff and administrative personnel through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility, including enrollment processes, safety protocols, and compliance with licensing regulations.
Cultivate relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders through public speaking engagements and outreach activities.
Lead fundraising efforts to secure grants or donations that support program enhancements and facility improvements.
