Full Job Description

A Cincinnati based solo practitioner is looking for an Ohio licensed attorney with at least two years of criminal law experience to assist with criminal defense matters on remote basis (as long as the candidate is located in the Cincinnati area). The firm primarily handles DUI cases but also handles other criminal defense matters. This is a part-time engagement/contract position.

Minimum Qualifications of the Cincinnati Area Based Criminal Defense Attorney (Remote and Contract):

2+ years of experience working on criminal law matters
Excellent research and communication skills
Capability and experience to work independently
Licensed in Ohio
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references

Position Details Cincinnati Area Based Criminal Defense Attorney (Remote and Contract):

Type of role: Engagement
Schedule: Part-time
Location: Remote (must be living in the Cincinnati area)

Compensation

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
