Full Job Description

Schedule:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday (1st Shift)

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday thru Friday (Second Shift)

Job Description:

If you are a diligent Machinist (lathe or mill) with several years of experience and the desire to work in a small batch, high volume prodcution facility, then Numalliance - North America Inc. (NNA) may be the right place for you!

As a CNC Machinist for NNA, you will perform machining and in-process inspection as outlined by shop paperwork, process documentation, engineering drawings, and quality requirements. Also, when applicable, you will identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.

· Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of machinery.

· Proficiency with G & M code

· Able to perform first article Inspection - adhere to dimensions and tolerances found on blueprints.

· Have your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment - calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc.

· Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

· Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment.

· Follow all safety procedures.

Mills:

Haas VF1 & VF3 3-axis mill center

Hurco VMX 24, 42, 50 3 & 4-axis mill center

Toyoda – FV1565 4-axis machining center Fanuc Oi-MD

Protrack or Bridgeport mill experience is a plus

Lathes:

Mazak 250/350/450

Engine lathe experience is a plus

As a CNC Machinist, you must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Naturally, you must use good judgment and knowledge of machining, as well.

Qualifications:

· Candidates must have at least 6 years of job shop machining experience - No machine operators

· Candidates should have their own tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, parallels, etc.)

· Candidates must have performed their own part and tool setups.

· Familiarity with listed equipment and controls.

Please provide detailed expereince in your prior job roles in order to be seriously considered.
