Job Summary
The Cleveland Plastic Surgery Institute is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing on social media platforms, content creation, and relationship management to foster positive interactions with our community.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Create engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Utilize video editing skills to produce compelling visual content that resonates with the target audience.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in public relations.
Use Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva for designing graphics that enhance brand messaging on social platforms and for our printed materials.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is essential.
Strong skills in content creation, including writing, photography, and video editing.
Familiarity with advertising principles and public relations strategies is a plus.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficient in using social media tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
