Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Energy Consultant, you will:
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial and industrial prospects.
Develop relationships with business owners, property managers, operators, executives, and other decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to help clients reduce costs, manage energy risk, improve efficiency, and plan for future energy needs.
Present tailored energy solutions using Navigate Power and Verde Solutions’ supplier network, tools, and support resources.
Grow long-term client relationships through consultative selling, referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up.
Stay current on energy procurement, renewables, battery storage, EV charging, and other commercial energy solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven Sales Success
Minimum of 2+ years’ sales experience (preferably) in the B2B field with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Energy Expertise (Preferred)
Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields. Having an established book of business is a plus.
Network-Driven
Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition.
Self-Motivated
Comfort working independently and driving your own success without extensive supervision.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment where your earnings directly reflect your hustle.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-Based Earnings
Achieve between $50,000 - $250,000 per year with no income ceiling.
