Tax Preparer

Analytical Business Solutions | Pickerington, Ohio

Analytical Business Solutions is a growing Ohio CPA firm known for quality work, strong client relationships, and a supportive team culture. Our Pickerington office offers a respectful, collaborative environment where people enjoy what they do and are encouraged to grow. Due to continued client demand, we’re looking for a Tax Preparer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tax work, values accuracy, and wants exposure to a variety of clients while building long-term career skills in public accounting.

What You’ll Do

As a Tax Preparer, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely tax returns while supporting our broader accounting team. Your work will include:

Preparing business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 990)
Preparing individual tax returns
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and firm standards
Assisting with bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax reporting as needed
Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines during peak tax seasons

What We’re Looking For

Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel (required)
Experience with QuickBooks and Drake Tax Software (preferred)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and deadline-driven
